Hosting a Meeting or Forum at the Frostfest

Forums and meetings will be held in the Colonial Building (#4 on this map). One end will be set up for forums with electricity, a screen, and a sound system. Another section will be set out for any legitimate Amateur Radio group to hold a meeting - ARES, MARS, a club with far-flung members, whatever. We will make space available on a first-com, first-served basis. Forums usually last about 45 minutes to an hour and are open to all participants at Frostfest. We welcome any suggestions for forums of interest to hams, and if you have a presentation you think would interest your fellows amateurs, please and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

So far, Army MARS will hold its regional meeting, AMSAT will be presenting, and Bob Bruninga will be making a presentation on APRS. There's plenty of time left for your group to reserve a meeting time or for you to plan to lead a forum!
